His Life Changed When He Took An Acoustic Guitar Lesson
I remember when I was a kid, I had this friend that I played baseball with every Saturday afternoon. Until one fateful day. I showed up at his house to play, and his mom said he was at his acoustic guitar lesson. I was flabbergasted. Acoustic guitar lesson, what in the world? We were only in the sixth grade at time, and sixth graders aren’t really known for their interests in musical skills, if you know what I mean. I later found out that his parents were long time musicians, and wanted him to follow in their footsteps, and play an instrument. He never really wanted to play much baseball after that. That was many years ago, and last I heard he was the conductor of a famous orchestra in London, while here I am sweeping up at the movies every night.
