Maybe The Commercial Rent Recovery Agent Will Make Them Understand

I really hate to be the bad guy, but I also need to be paid for the apartment. They have been renting it for three years, and they are always late with the rent. I have tried to have them evicted, but that did not work the last time because the had a new baby. That is why I am going to consult a commercial rent recovery agent. I think they will be able to make the tenant understand my point.
