No Problem with the Credit
I had no clue what to do. My mortgage Canada bad credit rate has finally caught up with me. I thought at first it was a good idea just to get a loan no matter what the variables. I had a floating rate that I thought would go down during this time, but mine went up instead. I have decided it is now time to refinance. I found a bank that has looked at my most recent history instead of 5 years ago. They noticed that I have been making my payments faithfully and have decided to give me a fixed loan that will work perfectly for me.
