Power Supply Needed Repairing

Often when an power saw quits working the problem is with the power supply, not the unit itself.  I have recently experienced this very thing with one of my most used power saws.  When I went to turn the saw on, it began to start up but then quickly shut down.  I double checked everything and it all seemed fine.  I called my usual power saw repair shop and they said that was a sign that the power supply was bad.  I sent them the saw and they confirmed that the power supply was indeed the problem.  They fixed my power supply and I am now my power saw works fine again.
