There are some great opportunities for small businesses in the US to grow and become successful. Many of these are presented through RFP contracts from the Government. With a Government contract, small businesses can really take off and gain some stability.
RFP, or request for proposal, is where an organization will request bids on jobs they need done. In this case, the Government is requesting help from businesses in various industries. These kinds of opportunities are great because a contract with the Government can be one of the most stable contracts a small business can get. The Government does a good job of paying for the work and often times these contracts can develop into something much larger.
