Sore vs Accute
Friday, February 3rd, 2012I love it when I have sore muscles because that only means that I have done a good job in my workout. You have to know the difference between good muscle soreness and accute pain. A good 6 pack ab workout is supposed to make you feel sore, but when you yank out a muscle you will not be able to get out of bed. Have you been getting the results that you want? I think doing tough workouts will really make the difference. You will find that doing hard exercises with good form will get the job done. That is effective because it works.
