Fast and fit

Being lean just feels good.  It is quite an accomplishment to get a lean stomach fast.  This would be what I recommend to anyone who has been out of shape for awhile.  The stomach is an easy target and the most problematic place for most folks.  Goal setting is a wonderful tool for anyone who might be having a hard time getting in shape.  Writing this goal on some paper and putting it up on the wall where you will be faced with it every day you are less likely to ignore it.  You will make better and faster gains.
