Using your body to its’ fullest

When it comes to working out the way the oldies but goodies did it, there was a common thread.  They all utilized a daily bodyweight workout for optimum results, and man did they ever gert results.  Those weight lifters back in the day looked more awesome than the men and women of today.

It seems to me like the most logical form of working out is by using your own body.  Why folks think that doing all the cardio stuff and the cardio machines will actually make real and lasting changes with their bodies pale in the face of bodyweight exercises by far.
