I Get Tired Arches From Walking
A group of us meet every morning to walk together. We all start out at the same pace but by the end of the first mile we start to loose people. Of the veteran walkers there are three of us that make it around the course three times for a full three miles. Recently I have been experiencing foot problems in the last mile. It usually starts with a burning sensation that turns to pain by later on in the day. I have been told that if I put arch supports in my shoes the problem will go away. I guess I will have to try it to see if it works.
