The Natural Route The Best Way to Cure Bad Breath

You always hear about the foods that can cause bad breath such as onions and garlic but you don’t always hear as much about foods that can help alleviate bad breath.  I did a project that studied the The Effect of Various Foods on Bad Breath and really found out how much you can do on your own to get on top of any bad breath problem you might have.  I found that natural mint is one of the most common foods to help with bad breath.  It is in its most potent form if you can eat a little of fresh mint of even make your own tea from fresh mint leaves.  I like the idea of combating minor health problems by using the most natural ingredients.
