What is Radiology?

When talking about radiology it is more like nothing but interpreting an x-rays.  Now an automated digital systems has been replaced and the x-ray films and developing is now gone. X-rays are now delivered digitally and do not even have to be printed out of developed any more. Radiology has also highly developed with a number of advanced imaging techniques, such as ultrasound (which images by the used of ultrasound); magnetic resonance imaging (which images with the use of magnets); nuclear medicine (which images the uptake of various radioactive elements); computed tomography (which puts together 100’s of slices of x-rays to look inside the tissues)
