Pest Control Company Uses Surveys to Determine Customer Satisfaction Rates
I saw my co-worker filling out a survey on her morning break today. I asked her if I had missed something at our last meeting. She said that they survey was from her Pest Control Fort Worth service. She said that each year they send out a survey and ask for honest feedback on their service. She rates many different aspects of their business and then is given a place to write in suggestions on how they could improve. I told her that I had never heard of a pest control company doing such a thing, She said that this is just one reason why they are the best pest control company in the area.
