You could only imagine the surprised look on my wife’s face when a simple drive to run a few errands turned into a trip to the car dealership. We hadn’t talked about getting a new car but it is something that I had been thinking about. My wife had sacrificed having her own vehicle when she gave birth to our son in an attempt to save the family money while she was staying home with the baby. She wanted to get some auto insurance quotes before we did anything just to make sure that we were going to be able to afford it.
