Butcher Block
When I am mountain climbing, skydiving or participating in any one of the hundred things I do, I always think of the great meals I am going to prepare for myself and friends that I might invite. When preparing these gourmet delights I always have the finest ingredients and the best equipment available at the time. Of course one of the mainstays in my kitchen or campground is a custom made butcher block and it gets a number of uses. I just couldn’t go anywhere or do anything without this great utensil. I, of course, make sure it a custom made product.
