Regular business
With the company that manufactures the items for my company based up north, I am now making very regular trips up there. Fortunately, with the amount of flying I now do, I earn a lot of points and get reasonably cheap flights. I sorted out a deal with a car rental company as well, seeing as I use them at least once a fortnight. I think it’s great when local businesses are willing to look after their regular customers, in fact I probably would have only dealt with a company that was prepared to look after me and recognize the value of my repeat custom.
