Whitening My Teeth is Such a Pain
I keep trying and trying to be disciplined enough to whiten my teeth every day. I just keep putting it off. I have those tray things that you fill with a dot of bleaching gel… I got them from my friend who works at an oral surgeon’s office. She brought home the free teeth whitening and tooth bleaching samples for me so that I could try the product and see if it’s the one I wanted to continue using.
I do love the product, it’s a very high quality teeth whitening solution. But the every day thing is so hard for me to do. I think I just need to really decide to have the discipline and just buckle down and do the 30 minute session each day for a week.
