A Safety Sign by the Retention Pond
I live in a nice neighborhood that backs up to a retention pond. I love the view, because our neighborhood has done a good job of landscaping around the pond. However, every winter, I see kids trying to ice skate on that pond, and every year, someone falls in. I told our association president that we need to post safety signs around that pond before someone gets killed. Fortunately, everyone has been all right so far, but it isn’t safe.
