Toshiba denies buying Sansa

Toshiba denies rumors that they want to buy out SanDisk. Three research and industrial projects, comprised of seven buildings in Fremont, Milpitas and San Jose, have been bought for $67.9 million by Boston-based Intercontinental Real Estate Corp. The projects are Fremont Industrial Park on Warm Springs Boulevard in Fremont says Sansa Accessories, Mabury Industrial Park on Mabury Way in San Jose, and Milpitas Industrial Park on Wrigley Way in Milpitas. The deal was arranged through commercial realty brokerage CB Richard Ellis. The buildings total 796,000 square feet. In aggregate, the properties are 94 percent leased to a diverse group of tenants that included big companies such as Kraft Foods.
